As our Area Sales Manager Southeast Asia, you will play a crucial role in implementing the international growth strategy of the Komet brand, the global name for dental instruments of the utmost precision and unrivaled quality. You will support our team and the German headquarters in developing and implementing market specific sales plans and expanding distribution channels. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening Komet Dental’s position as a market leader in the dental sector and achieving dynamic growth in the rapidly developing markets in the Asia Pacific region.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.

  • Independently manage, oversee, and enhance sales activities.

  • Expand and develop partner distribution channels in APAC.

  • Establish and/or strengthen key customer relationships.

  • Plan and conduct product training for both internal and external sales representatives.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Conduct market observations, including competitive analysis, pricing, and product evaluations.

  • Coordinate marketing goals and budgets.

  • First-level support for product-related issues.

  • Provide structured feedback to global marketing at HQ.

  • Recognize and analyze market dynamics and trends.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related or education with dental background.

  • Knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., registration, licensing, import).

  • Cultural sensitivity and geopolitical understanding, particularly for the SEA region.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related marketing position, e.g. Product Manager.

  • Good command of English.

  • Proactive and sales-oriented attitude.

  • Analytical skills, a growth-oriented mindset.

  • Authorized to work in Thailand.
