  • Fee Structure: It is free of such charges; no full payment unless a hire is made. Our clients are therefore free to reject candidates even if they meet the agreed requirements. In return, we charge an or two agreed up-front fees depending on the progress of the project.

  • Guarantee: Free replacement search during the probation period if the hire does not work out.

As an independent agency, we avoid international franchise fees, making our pricing fair and flexible, especially under framework agreements.
