We are looking for a Marketing and CRM Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional or fresh graduate who is eager to develop hands-on experience in marketing, CRM systems, and digital tools while working closely with international clients and European-Thai management.

You will play a key role in supporting marketing activities, maintaining CRM systems, and coordinating digital platforms in a dynamic consulting environment.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Support the marketing and business development teams in coordinating daily marketing activities and projects.

• Maintain and update the company’s CRM system (Zoho One) for accurate data management and workflow efficiency.

• Coordinate and troubleshoot system integrations between Zoho, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

• Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations in collaboration with the Market Analyst.

• Assist in digital marketing activities including Content Creator, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and website updates.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Support internal IT tasks such as user setup, file sharing, and device access across Windows and Mac.

• Participating in internal and client marketing meetings or workshops.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

• At least 1 year's experience in Marketing or related field. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

• Good command of English communication skills (both spoken and written).

• Basic understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

• Interest in marketing automation and digital systems.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

• A “jack-of-all-trades” mindset – able to adapt between roles such as Marketing, Accounting, or Business Development to assist other departments with smaller operational tasks when needed.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
