We are seeking a motivated and ambitious accountant to join our accounting team, supporting our group of companies.

This role offers a clear path for growth: demonstrate your capabilities, and you will have the opportunity to work with external clients, preparing comprehensive financial reports and managing monthly accounts under the guidance of an experienced Manager. MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Accurately, completely, and promptly record AP/AR/GL transactions in the accounting system, including payment vouchers, tax invoices, and other receipt/disbursement documents.

• Review accounting and tax documents for accuracy, including purchase and sales tax invoices, official receipts, and VAT purchase/sales reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare general ledger reports.

• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax filings (e.g., VAT and withholding tax) in compliance with government regulations.

• Maintain a fixed assets register, including calculating depreciation in accordance with accounting standards.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degrees / High Vocational Certificate in Accounting.

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting (new graduates are welcome).

• Proficient in using QuickBooks accounting software as advantage.

• Ability to record or handle basic data in English is a must.

• At least basic English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
