As a Business Development Manager, you will acquire new clients, strategically expand existing accounts, create compelling proposals, and lead negotiations through to successful closing. You will report directly to the Board, prepare professional content for proposals and press, and represent Sanet confidently in an international environment. A degree in law or business with an international focus is required, along with excellent German and English language skills.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Acquiring new and expanding existing industrial customer relationships.

• Presentation of the group's services in person and in online meetings.

• Conceptualizing, evaluating, and tracking promotional campaigns.

• Coordination and involvement of the specialist departments: Legal, Investment, Recruitment, and Consulting.

• Quick and competent response to customer and contact inquiries.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Participation in the Group's corporate planning.

• Expansion and continuous improvement of the Group's services.

• Supporting the training and management of administrative team.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Education in business administration or law with an international focus.

• Excellent style of writing and speaking in German and English.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a performance-oriented approach to work.

• Convincing power and striking force in communication.

• Two years of experience in an international environment or a business-oriented law firm.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• Ability to use modern marketing techniques and AI.

• International work experience in Asia is an advantage.

• Readiness to relocate to Thailand.
