MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Handle company establishment and advise on corporate matters.

• Counseling and application proceedings related to BOI promotions and FBL.

• Draft and review legal contracts and documents.

• Preparation of shareholder meetings and resolutions.

• Join and/or conduct negotiations with Thai authorities and/or clients.

• Monitor and investigate Thai Foreign Business Legislation.

• Handle visa & work permit matters.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Very good English skills are essential.

• Systematic approach to work with strong organizational skills.

• Ownership or in the recognition process for a lawyer's license.

• Two years of experience in a law firm or as legal advisor.
