Consulting Services Thailand: German IT Firms Invest in Sanet

The Sanet Group in Thailand is evolving from a point of contact for Western businesses considering investing in Thailand to an operating partner for companies in the country. With over 20 years of experience in providing a comprehensive range of services essential for successful investment, the group is now expanding its offering to include local support for Western companies via a holding structure and highly qualified operational activities. IT and digital services are at the heart of this expansion.

Sanet already offers a wide range of services for Western-oriented companies in the Kingdom with its recognized recruitment of management and middle management, its accounting service, and its technical service.

These complement the support provided for the initial investment by developing strategies, establishing the company in Thailand, assisting with the application process through the Thai BOI as the country"s investment promotion agency, and providing project support during production setup or market entry in Thailand.

Now, a determined effort will be made to establish and expand local operational support.

Transitioning the group companies into a holding company is scheduled for 2025, which will enable structured expansion. An investor specializing in SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign ERP solutions plans to join Sanet Holding: Mediatechnik Baum GmbH of Erfurt/Thuringia, is a certified partner of SAP Germany coming to join Sanet-Group in Thailand.

In addition, Denk IT GmbH, based in Germany with seven branches, is looking to internationalize its business via Sanet. The company's services include infrastructure solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services and comprehensive IT consulting.

A newly established media technology team led by Athaphon Michael Denk will also support Thailand-based businesses in setting up SEO and AI-oriented websites and digital marketing for their activities in e-commerce, social media, as well as corporate videos.

At the same time, the trading and service activities of the 12 Business Units will be expanded to include a spare parts service for its western Principals.

2025 will thus be the year in which the Sanet Group, in a new holding structure, develops from a guide to Thailand into an operational service partner in the country.
