Sanet Legal & Accountancy is a Thai-German-Swiss advisory firm based in Bangkok, supporting international companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in Thailand. Our legal team works closely with both foreign and Thai professionals to provide practical and high-quality legal support for international business operations.
To support our growing international client base, we are looking for a Thai legal professional with good English communication skills to join our team.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Guide clients through company registration, corporate structuring, and corporate changes.
Support applications for BOI privileges, Foreign Business Licenses (FBL), and Foreign Business Certificates (FBC).
Coordinate with relevant Thai authorities, including the DBD, BOI, Immigration Office, and other government agencies.
Act as a communication bridge between international clients, financial institutions, and local authorities.
Prepare, review, and submit corporate documents, applications, official letters, and filings.
Provide practical legal support on corporate, licensing, visa, work permit, and related business matters.
YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
Possession of Thai Lawyer License.
Good spoken and written English.
At least 1 year of experience in corporate law, a law firm, corporate legal department, or related legal work.
Experience with company registration, corporate filings, or government authority procedures.
THESE WOULD BE FAVORABLE:
Experience with BOI, visa and work permit, FBL, or FBC matters.
Experience working with international clients or foreign-managed companies.
Experience preparing legal documents, applications, official letters, and government filings.
