Sanet Legal & Accountancy, a Thai–German law firm and advisory practice based in Bangkok, is expanding its international team.

We are seeking a German-speaking lawyer (m/f/d) to join our firm and support international clients across Thailand and ASEAN.

YOUR ROLE:

• Advising international clients on corporate, commercial, and investment matters.

• Structuring market entry projects, joint ventures, and corporate setups.

• Drafting and reviewing contracts in English and German.

• Acting as an interface between European clients and Thai legal environment.

• Working closely with Thai-qualified lawyers in an integrated advisory model.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Qualified lawyer (Germany, Austria, or comparable jurisdiction).

• Excellent German and English language and drafting skills required.

• Strong interest in international business and cross-border legal work.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
