We are seeking a Government Solutions Manager / Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Thailand. In this role, you will act as the key technical expert, supporting sales growth through clear, effective technical guidance.

You will translate customer requirements into value-driven solutions while maintaining strong credibility and ensuring full compliance with company standards.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Ensure compliance with company policies on Health, Safety, and Environmental protection and propose improvements.

• Support sales by validating technical capabilities, proposing solution architectures, and providing project references.

• Manage and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI).

• Act as technical reference for customers, building trust through demos, presentations, and workshops.

• Serve as a subject matter expert by presenting market insights and case studies.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Validate final technical offerings to ensure alignment with customer needs.

• Provide proactive technical support and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Update customers on new developments to support long-term partnerships.

• Ensure alignment with reference solution architectures internally and externally.

• Provide market feedback, customer requirements, and innovation ideas for technical, marketing, and R&D teams.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree as a minimum, preferably in a technical field.

• Excellent command of English.

• At least 5-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in non-technical field in Asia.

• Familiarity with TOR, Proof of Concept (POC), and E-bidding processes.

• Experience in inks, coatings, technology or security industry would be an advantage.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• International exposure is essential; G&A business experience is beneficial.

• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of Asian business culture and political environments.

• Strong presence and credibility; able to work independently and across functions.

• Proficient in MS Windows and Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
