You want to be involved in projects in America and like working in shifts? Then you will fit perfectly into the team of our IT-M Business Unit as Junior Consultant for Test Management (Shift Work).

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Communicate with testers in Business English.

• Attend meetings to inform regarding test activities and collect feedback and status.

• Alignment with Test Manager for decision-making.

• Escalate any deviation from plan.

• Opportunity to earn a substantial income by working on variable afternoon and/or night shifts.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Understand overall test plan.

• Check status based on provided Excel files and derivation activities.

• Work proactive to anticipate risks and issues.

• Support colleagues in case of emergency tasks.

• Work from home outside of training and face-to-face meetings.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Very good command of English.

• IT background, ideally in ERP software or database systems.

• Communicative nature.

• Presentation skills, recognize essential information.

• High degree of quality awareness and work attitude.

• Responsibility for independent project work.
