4. Obtaining a re-entry permit before leaving Thailand if holding a yearly extension.

5. Fully complying with Thai immigration laws.

6. Failure to comply may result in fines, visa cancellation or termination of the permitted stay.

All holders of a non-immigrant O visa for Thailand, including those on a marriage visa, must comply with Thai immigration regulations.
