Join our client, a leading German innovator in high-performance chemicals for the automotive industry, represented in Thailand by a Business Unit at Sanet.

You will identify and develop distributors and key accounts, drive sales strategies, and support customers with technical expertise.

Bring proven sales experience, strong communication, and a service-oriented mindset to grow with a trusted global brand

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Identify and win sales partners and key accounts for our client, with a focus on the automotive aftermarket.

  • Ensure success of our client's sales partners and major customers by supporting planning and implementation.

  • Training and supporting our client’s customers through on-site visits, workshops, and various communication channels.

  • Identification of market opportunities as well as development of sales and marketing strategies.

  • Close cooperation with HQ and detailed reporting on activities in the Thai market.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Support of HQ on planning and budgeting, as well as regular forecasting.

  • Participation and support organization of trade fairs.

  • Accompanying sales staff on trips.

  • Assist sales representatives of distribution partners during customer visits

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Thai and English.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a sales manager for technical products.

  • Good networking in the automotive aftermarket is an advantage.

  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills.

  • Demonstrates technical understanding.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

  • Work solution oriented and independently.

  • High self-motivation, initiative, and power of persuasion.

  • Experience of working with distributors is an advantage.

  • Strong sales focus and service-oriented mindset.

  • Authorized to work in Thailand.
