This position offers a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who is ready to move into a broader and more responsible role. You will work with international clients and group companies, handle full-cycle accounting, support Thai tax and statutory reporting, coordinate with auditors, and contribute to accurate monthly and annual financial reporting.
You will join a highly motivated, young, and international team and work closely with Management and the Legal Department on accounting, tax, and client-related matters. This role also gives you the chance to improve workflows, strengthen internal processes, and gradually take more responsibility in supervising accounting operations.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Manage full-cycle accounting for outsourcing clients and selected group companies, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related accounting, cash reports, and month-end closing.
Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports for outsourcing clients and internal group companies.
Coordinate the onboarding of new outsourcing clients, including the setup of accounting processes, document flows, and communication routines.
Prepare and review month-end and year-end closing reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
Coordinate year-end closing, statutory reporting, and audit processes with external auditors.
OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Prepare, review, and submit required Thai tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax support, and other statutory reports.
Advise Management and the Legal Department on accounting and tax-related matters, especially regarding Thai statutory requirements and client accounting issues.
Supervise and improve accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll-related accounting, cash reports, reconciliations, documentation quality, reporting templates, internal controls, and accounting workflows.
YOU SHOULD BRING IN THESE KEY SKILLS:
Degree in Accounting; CPD qualification required, CPA qualification considered a strong advantage.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting, tax, audit, or accounting outsourcing services.
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, statutory reporting, VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax-related requirements.
Solid experience in full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, month-end closing, year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Ability to supervise accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll-related accounting, cash reports, documentation control, and accounting team coordination.
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good English communication skills for reporting, client coordination, audit coordination, and internal communication.
Advanced MS Excel skills and good knowledge of SME accounting software; experience with QuickBooks or similar systems is preferred.
Strong self-organization, accuracy, deadline discipline, and professional service-oriented communication when dealing with clients, auditors, management, and internal departments.
