Senior Accountant or Finance Manager - International Business Advisory Group Thailand.

An experienced operational finance professional is sought for a growing international business advisory group in Thailand. The role focuses on hands-on accounting, reporting, cash flow management and tax coordination across client and group structures. We also support international and Thai companies through outsourced accounting and finance services, making this role directly involved in real client operations, not only internal reporting.

The position is designed for a certified accountant (CPD/CPA) who prefers practical business operations over audit work or consulting memoranda.

English is the working language with international management and clients. This role offers long-term stability, senior responsibility and competitive compensation within an international advisory environment

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION - INTERNAL (GROUP ACCOUNTING)

• Managing the Groups' monthly and annual financial and tax reports.

• Leading an engaged team of qualified accountants.

• Organizing and monitoring the accounting tasks taken on from clients.

• Communicating with customers and stakeholders on financial matters.

• Supporting the introduction of modern tools to increase efficiency.

• Participating in managements meetings and budgeting.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION - EXTERNAL (OUTSOURCED SERVICES)

• Support in onboarding new customers outsourcing our services.

• Create monthly reports, verify the plausibility of clients' results, and respond to inquiries.

• Preparing a tax report for the group companies and our clients.

YOU SHOULD BRING IN THESE KEY SKILLS:

• CPA or CPD Qualification.

• Advanced English language skills.

• Confident in using SME accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.

• 2 Years of experience in performing a full range of professional accounting services.

• Excellent self-organization and accuracy at work.

• Open, friendly interaction internally and with our clients.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
