We are a mid-sized international law firm in Thailand, part of a broader professional services group, advising predominantly foreign and internationally invested companies on market entry, structuring, and day-to-day operations.

For our growing practice, we are seeking a Senior Associate (2–6 years’ experience) to support high-quality client work in a dynamic, cross-border environment. The role focuses on corporate, BOI, and employment-related matters, with close involvement in project execution and coordination with Thai authorities. You will work directly with experienced partners, contribute to building long-term client relationships, and gradually assume greater responsibility in client interaction, with clear potential to grow into a more senior leadership or management role.

The position offers a practical, business-oriented setting with strong exposure to international clients and real-world implementation.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Support Partner in the advisory of international clients, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and building trust.

• Provide operational support in company formations and investment projects as well as in contractual frameworks.

• Contribute to the expansion of existing mandates through high-quality work and consistent, reliable communication.

• Gradually take on direct client interaction, with the objective of developing independent and reliable client relationships.

• Actively coordinate and liaise with relevant authorities (BOI, DBD, Labor Department, Immigration).

• Ensure efficient and practical workflows between clients, the firm, and authorities.

• Support the onboarding, guidance, and informal leadership of junior lawyers.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Qualified lawyer with 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.

• Fluency in English and Thai (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate clearly with international clients and Thai authorities.

• Practical experience or solid exposure to corporate law, company formation, BOI, or employment-related matters.

• Ability to coordinate and manage processes with Thai authorities (BOI, DBD, Labor Department, Immigration).

• Structured, reliable, and efficient working style, including the ability to use modern digital working methods and tools to manage multiple matters and deliver timely results.

• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to legal work, with focus on practical implementation rather than excessive detail.

THIS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Experience in advising international clients or working in an international environment.

• Familiarity with BOI processes and investment-related structuring in Thailand.

• Initial experience in direct client interaction and relationship development.
