Introduction:
A senior executive (CEO, Managing Director) with more than 30 years of global experience in Austria, Germany, South Africa, USA, China, and Singapore, is looking for a role as Supervisory, Advisory Board, or Interim Management position at CXO level.
Solid knowledge and experience in the special steel industry (e.g., tooling, moulds and dies, heat treatment, PVD coating and machining), as well as in manufacturing and processing segments (e.g., automotive, consumer electronics and white goods).
A strategic and innovative thinker with strong leadership skills, growth-orientated and self-motivated. Experienced in managing multicultural teams and in restructuring and M&A projects. Solid knowledge of full P+L responsibilities and experience in executive and non-executive director roles.
