Join Our Finance Team as a Treasury & Tax Specialist!

Are you passionate about financial management and compliance? We are looking for a Senior-level Treasury & Tax to play a key role in managing cash flow, treasury operations, and tax processes for our local entity while collaborating closely with our German headquarters.

If you have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of treasury and tax principles, and thrive in a dynamic, international environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Validate accuracy and compliance of treasury transactions, bank reconciliations, and internal controls.

• Prepare treasury reports, cash flow analyses, and Group consolidation data.

• Manage cash, liquidity, urgent payments, and monitor cash inflows/outflows.

• Perform 12-month rolling cash flow forecasts and support budgeting activities.

• Coordinate with Group Treasury, banks, and European headquarters.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Manage Letters of Credit (L/C), loan facilities, and borrowing arrangements.

• Ensure treasury compliance with company policies, local regulations, and IFRS.

• Prepare and submit withholding tax, VAT, and related tax filings via e-filing systems.

• Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger in SAP.

• Issue customer invoices in compliance with VAT and tax regulations.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.

• Working knowledge of MS Office and financial management software (SAP).

• Solid understanding of financial application security and data confidentiality requirements.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• Ability to apply finance and treasury principles.

• Thorough knowledge of financial legislation, regulation and practices.

• Build strong working relationships and collaborate closely with the business.

• Strong communicator, comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including headquarters and global finance teams.

• Delivers results and keeps commitments in an accurate and timely manner.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
