Join Sanet Legal & Accountancy and gain hands-on experience in A/R, A/P, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll support and monthly closing. We welcome young accountants with first practical experience as well as motivated fresh graduates who work accurately, stay well organized and want to grow in a professional international team.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Support the Head of Accounting in daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable & accounts payable, payroll and petty cash.
Sending invoice and reminders and report on open receivables and ageing.
Support expense collection from staff and charge reimbursements.
Maintain accurate accounting records, support reconciliations, and help ensure timely and complete monthly closing.
YOU SHOULD BRING IN THESE KEY SKILLS:
One year of accounting experience, especially A/R or A/P (fresh graduate welcomed).
Confident in using QuickBooks is of advantage.
Basic English for internal and client communication.
Excellent self-organization and accuracy at work.
Open, friendly interaction internally and with our clients.
CPD License is of advantage.
