Join Our Global Team as Sales Manager APAC – Thermoforming Molds.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead and expand our activities in the Asia Pacific region. With a strong background in technical sales and a solid understanding of the thermoforming industry, you are someone who thrives on building lasting customer relationships and driving growth in a competitive market.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Expansion of customer relationships and acquisition of new leads.

• Advising and supporting customers and leads online and on site.

• Identify and respond to relevant market developments within the thermoforming industry.

• Preparing for and participating in international trade fairs.

• Be responsible for the after-sales service of new and refurbished machines.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Reporting project-specific experiences to the relevant departments of the headquarters.

• Development and extension of a high-quality industrial network.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical sales environment.

• Willingness to travel extensively and being flexible in working hours.

• Excellent commercial skills and the ability to operate across different levels.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• Solid commercial knowledge regarding business negotiations.

• Adaptable communication skills for different customer levels.

• Experience in the Asian market is of advantage.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
