Are you a successful “Dealmaker” with strong sales experience, excellent English skills, and a solid technical engineering background?

Then become the Sales Manager for a globally leading German pump and machinery manufacturer whose products are highly regarded not only in Thailand’s biogas industry but also in the wastewater, fish, sugar, oil, and gas sectors.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Expanding existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.

• Development and commercial guidance of distributors.

• Negotiation and closing of new projects assignments.

• Regular reporting to HQ on the company system.

• Guidance and support for the service technician.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Participation in annual planning & quarterly forecasts of the HQ.

• Developing contacts with influencers in the target industries (biogas, wastewater, fish, sugar, oil & gas).

• Conducting product presentations and training sessions on-site with customers.

• Support and preparation of trade fairs and product demonstrations.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (e.g., application engineering).

• Proven closing power in project business (CAPEX segment / capital goods).

• Excellent English skills - business fluent.

• Readiness and willingness to travel.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• Networking in biogas, environmental technology, wastewater, fish, sugar, Oil & gas is advantageous.

• Team player with team leadership skills.

• Highly culturally empathetic mindset.

• Hands-on mentality and service orientation.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
