Our client, Brückner Group Asia Pacific, together with its subsidiary Kiefel, a global leader in thermoforming technology, is seeking a skilled Senior Service / Process Engineer. The role involves worldwide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support for advanced Kiefel thermoforming machines.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Installation and commissioning of Kiefel thermoforming machines around the globe.

• Conversion, retrofitting, and relocation of machines in use by the customer.

• Troubleshooting machine malfunctions or failures.

• On-site support for repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Technical advice on improvements for the client's decision makers.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Writing accurate documentation on handovers, acceptance and services conducted.

• Training of customers technicians during first commissioning process.

• On-site guidance of the customer's technicians during the initial production process.

• Identify possible causes of problems and communicate them to the customer.

• Participation in the internal Kiefel knowledge exchange.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics engineering or related field.

• At least 10 years of experience as a service engineer.

• Excellent command in English language.

• Full and unrestricted readiness for deployment across the globe.

• Extensive knowledge of the mechanical engineering industry and its trends and techniques.

• Excellent team player with cultural adaptability.

• Open and proactive communicator to the customer (service-minded).

• Experience in the thermoforming industry is an advantage.
