Exciting opportunity for finance talents in Thailand with L/C and SAP experience. Take ownership of treasury operations, cash flow, tax filings, bank coordination, and HQ reporting in an international environment with real responsibility and growth potential.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Manage cash, liquidity, urgent payments, and monitor cash inflows/outflows.
Validate accuracy and compliance of treasury transactions, bank reconciliations, and internal controls.
Handle Letters of Credit (L/C), loan management, and borrowing arrangements.
Prepare treasury reports, cash flow analysis, and Group consolidation data.
Perform 12-month rolling cash flow forecasts and support budgeting activities.
OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Coordinate with Group Treasury, banks, and European headquarters.
Ensure treasury compliance with company policies, local regulations, and IFRS.
Prepare and submit withholding tax, VAT, and related tax filings via e-filing systems.
Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger in SAP.
Issue customer invoices in compliance with VAT and tax regulations.
YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities, especially in handling letters of credit.
Excellent command of the English language is mandatory.
2–3 years of experience using SAP, with a working knowledge of MS Office and financial management software.
Thorough understanding of financial application security, ensuring that all financial data is secure and complies with confidentiality policies.
THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:
Ability to apply finance and treasury principles.
Thorough knowledge of financial legislation, regulation and practices.
Develops strong working relationships and closely collaborates with the business as well as with the global Finance community.
Good communicator and comfortable to liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Headquarter.
Delivers results and keeps commitments in an accurate and timely manner.
Analytical and conceptual skills and process orientation, good with numbers and figures.
