As part of the global Reifenhäuser Group, we work in Asia Pacific with passion and pioneering spirit. Become an important team member in Bangkok, Thailand and contribute to the success of our company as a Finance Manager and Controlling (m/f/d) for the Asia-Pacific region.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Coordinate and consolidate finance and accounting tasks for our offices in Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand.

• Manage reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

• Ensure all standard government regulatory compliances.

• Manage accounts receivable process.

• Manage logistical and infrastructural issues, and oversee contract management.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Responsible for banking transactions and foreign trade finance.

• Ensure and maintain a sustainable subcontractor-, supplier- and inventory management.

• Cooperate with external agents such as lawyers for legal issues.

• Supervision of travel management and travel expense reporting.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• CPA/CPD Qualification Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting or related fields.

• Proven experience (7+ years) as Finance / Accounting Manager, Financial clerk.

• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.

• Ability to work both individually and in a team within an international environment.

• Proficiency in verbal and written English is mandatory.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• Experience in QuickBooks (or other ERP systems) is favorable.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
