The Business Unit “Plus” is a smart solution for manufacturers who want to sell in Thailand while maintaining full ownership of their goods, prices, and sales policies.

Your products enter Thailand under Sanet’s Importer of Record structure, but all commercial authority stays with you. Your goods are imported, stored, and delivered without Sanet applying any distributor margin.

This makes Trading in Thailand as simple and transparent as operating your own local branch, yet without the legal hurdles or financial burden of registering a company.

HOW IT WORKS

  • You ship your goods C.I.F. Bangkok to Sanet’s modern warehouse.

  • Sanet completes customs clearance as your Importer of Record.

  • Your products are stored in a secure, insured warehouse with guaranteed pallet space.

  • You set sales prices and discount policies.

  • Sanet invoices customers exactly when a product is sold.

  • Sanet charges a fixed 8% service fee on the sales price you have set. You decide is this will be added to the Invoiced price to the customer, or If you will cover this.

  • Sanet transfers the payment immediately after receiving the receipt.

  • The goods remain your property until resale. You retain full commercial control; Sanet provides the operational backbone.

COST RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRINCIPAL

Sanet only invoices clearly defined services:

  1. Import & Customs Handling Fee

  2. Storage and Warehouse Fees (Minimum five pallets, including insurance)

  3. Freight and Delivery Costs (if applicable)

  4. Variable Handling Costs (if applicable)

  5. Discounts Granted by the Principle

  6. Product Liability and Liability Insurance

  7. Real Estate, purchase and valuation of land and buildings

All charges are invoiced monthly with detailed documentation of stock movements and expenses.
