Join a structured international advisory group supporting companies in Thailand with professional recruitment and talent acquisition services. As Recruitment Process Manager – Executive Search & Client Advisory, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
From client briefing and candidate profiling to structured assessment reporting and successful onboarding, you ensure quality, speed, and professional execution at every stage. You will work closely with corporate clients, oversee candidate evaluations, manage one supporting team member, and act as the central quality and process control function within the recruitment workflow.
This role combines recruitment expertise, analytical reporting capability, and client advisory competence.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
End-to-End Recruitment Process Ownership - Oversee and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from client request intake to successful candidate onboarding.
Client Requirement Structuring - Review incoming recruitment mandates, define candidate characteristics with the client, and clearly and professionally structure position requirements.
Job advertising and market positioning – Develop compelling job advertisements for our website, recruitment platforms, and mailings to ensure market positioning and attractiveness to applicants.
Candidate Pre-Screening & Factual Reporting - Pre-qualify applications, conduct structured phone interviews to collect missing information, and prepare concise factual candidate reports for client presentation.
Assessment & Interview Supervision - Organize face-to-face interviews, observe candidate behaviour during interviews conducted by designated interviewers, ensure structured documentation, and technically prepare the Executive Assessment Report for client submission.
Placement Execution & Process Closure: Coordinate final client interviews, supervise hiring procedures with HR departments, ensure smooth onboarding, and transfer billing data to accounting.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Professional Skills
Three years of recruitment or executive search experience.
Ability to structure and document interview findings objectively.
Competence in assessment reporting and behavioral observation.
Experience with online recruitment platforms (SEEK preferred).
Process discipline and workflow management capability.
Basic commercial understanding (placement pricing, billing process)
Analytical & Reporting Skills
Structured factual writing skills.
Ability to distinguish between subjective impressions and objective evaluation.
High documentation accuracy.
Personal Competencies
Degree in HR, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
Professional communication with corporate clients.
Strong organizational and follow-up discipline.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Leadership capability (supervising one team member).
Fluent English and Thai language skills are required.
